Jesus said "Ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free"
John chapter 8:32
The truth is "I am my Father's son", because the truth has set me free. This new freedom has been given to me by my Father Almighty God. John revealed his experience to us because he too had found out that God is his Father. 1 John 1:3 "That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ".
Isn't that wonderful because I'm now free? Free to say that I'm a son of God with no religion behind my back or in front my face. "I am my Father's son".
Where did I get all this boldness? Where did I get this consciousness, this assurance? It's because I allowed redemption to have it's way.
Galatians 4 4-7
"But when the fullness of time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law,
To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoptions of sons.
And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying Abba, Father.
Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ".
Therefore, redemption is living after you have been redeemed. It's a Kingdom lifestyle, a freedom which only the Father can give you. It's a God redeeming you from the curse of sin.
It's now walking into position which Christ has placed us in. It's living in the newness of life. Redemption is also a new release of life from Almighty God. God can now get into us as we are now born into divinity. We are now Kingdom oriented because our mentality is changed, we have 'E life", eternal life.
See! I am my Father's son.
With this new position there is a lot of potential to behold. I have an inheritance that I should be the praise of the Father's glory on earth. My lifestyle is now built upon the foundation of my chief cornerstone Jesus Christ.
As a son, I can now proclaim, decree, declare, can call things into being, speak things into being, speak to things which are not as if they were. Jesus said, "as my Father speaketh, so do I".
I am born into his image and likeness, I do now speak as a son and not in the name of religion, that is, without any religious connotation. There is a truth, and that truth came from the truth, and that truth produces truth in which I am a partaker. 2 Peter 1:4, Col 1:12, Eph 3:6.
